I think that some pros for the english-only classrooms is that for the stronger english speakers, it enables the pace of the classroom to be faster than that of one with mixed levels of english. On the contrary, I feel that by mixing these levels in a single classroom, it could, in and ideal situation, help the ESL students improve their speaking and writing by mingling with those stronger in their english.
