It is unfair for English as a Second language students who come to America, and a required to take tests in English without knowing it. We should begin to offer standardized tests in other languages. It is helpful they separate classes, because English speakers can speak, and focus on more advanced stuff while ESL students and learn more about the language on a different basis.
