Adding to our population does more "damage" because we are a highly developed first world country that uses far more resources per capita that other less developed nations. Anyway what's your point? Open borders? No immigration restrictions at all? Explain if you can. (By the way using the Statue of Liberty? The engraving was added later. And now its, well, now.)
